From Tampa:

Head North on I-275. Take Exit 45B for I-4 East. Take Exit 9 for I-75 North. Keep left at the fork and head North on I-75. Take Exit 270 for County Rd 581/ Bruce B Downs Blvd. Turn Right onto Bruce B Downs Blvd. Turn Left at the light at Highwoods Preserve Parkway. Make your first Right. From Brandon/Riverview:
